Maori, Inc. is a Nevada non-profit tax-exempt corporation.

The purpose of Maori, Inc is to promote a healthy body and mind
through Maori culture, sports and Maori art.
Vision Statement
The kaupapa (purpose) vision of Maori, Inc is:
- To promote the culture of Maori heritage, and the nobility of historical ancestral traditions through educational programs in elementary, middle schools, high schools, and colleges.
- To promote art, primarily indigenous Maori art, through the implementation of educational programs pertaining to native paintings, weavings, carvings, tattoos, music and dance by teaching in elementary, middle schools, high schools and colleges.
- To promote a healthy body and mind through the development of ancient traditional Maori spiritual healing with waiata (songs), pou and patere (chants) and Maori medicines from native plants, roots, ferns and herbs. Also, therapeutic healing and restoration using physiotherapy - Polynesian body alignment. This is accomplished through the support of health through educational training in sanitary procedures and hygienic methods.
- To promote sports, mainly rugby, but also utilizing other sporting activities through the development of programs in elementary and middle schools. The promotion of Rugby, mainly in high schools and colleges, would be developed in conjunction with the US Rugby Union and the New Zealand Rugby Union, promoting the International World 7s Rugby Tournament in Las Vegas, a five year contract starting in 2010, and a bid proposal for the Air New Zealand sponsored Golden Oldies World Rugby Tournament for Las Vegas 2012. Also, planning the development of the HakaBowl Las Vegas, a tournament for Rugby and American football, in which the rugby and football teams also must entera Maori Haka team (Haka is a fierce Maori warrior war dance) to compete in the KapaHaka (an avenue for Maori people to express their heritage and cultural identity through song and dance).
